目前可能只有使用Office XP 與 Office 2003的user可以解這個問題

here is the solution直接到 http://www.microsoft.com/taiwan/office/preview/beta/converter.mspx 去照著做
它的步驟可歸納為
first : 更新Windows . update to Windows XP SP2 or Windows 2000 SP4 . so it's not available for Windows 98 .
second : 更新Office . update to Office 2003 SP2 or Office XP SP3 and all the detailed stuffs.
third : if you are using Office 2003 , please update the Office 2007 File Format Awareness Update for Microsoft Office 2003 .
fourth : update the compatibility pack for Office 2007 .
done !
